- Frozen bag of cauliflower
- Kerrigold butter (or any grass fed butter)
- Garlic Salt
- Boil cauliflower until super tender
- Strain and let sit in strainer for about 2 min and then press all the excess water out of the cauliflower with paper towels.
- Put back in pot and add your butter (1 tbsp).
- Season with garlic and sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to taste.
