Mashed Cauliflower

  • Frozen bag of cauliflower
  • Kerrigold butter (or any grass fed butter)
  • Garlic Salt


  1. Boil cauliflower until super tender
  2. Strain and let sit in strainer for about 2 min and then press all the excess water out of the cauliflower with paper towels.
  3. Put back in pot and add your butter (1 tbsp).
  4. Season with garlic and sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to taste.
